Met meer dan twee decennia aan expertise in het organiseren van internationale middelbare schoolervaringen en interculturele uitwisseling, heeft Educatius zich altijd gericht op het welzijn van de jongeren die aan onze zorg zijn toevertrouwd. Hoewel internationale studenten het over het algemeen goed doen tijdens hun uitwisselingsprogramma&#8217;s, is Educatius zich bewust van de uitdagingen waar tieners mee te maken kunnen krijgen, met name bij het navigeren door onbekende taalkundige en culturele omgevingen, ver van het comfort van thuis. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns container is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Het Global Youth Resilience Index biedt een routekaart over de evolutie van onderwijs en ondersteuning voor scholieren. Het roept wereldwijde belanghebbenden op om de diversiteit in ervaringen van adolescenten te omarmen, veerkracht te cultiveren door middel van zinvolle culturele uitwisseling en jongeren voor te bereiden op een wereld die steeds meer onderling verbonden en complex wordt. Dit initiatief laat zien dat we ons niet alleen inzetten om onderwijskansen te bieden, maar ook om te zorgen voor de holistische ontwikkeling van de studenten die we bedienen.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><cite>Bj\u00f6rn Bengtsson, CEO van Educatius Groep<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center mb-5 has-primary-blue-color has-text-color\" id=\"h-de-globale-aanpak-van-educatius\">De globale aanpak van Educatius<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns container is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/powered-by.qbank.se\/educatius\/media\/eb840fce767293ed769b0e5ac37d4554.jpg\" alt=\"Resilience Asian Student \" class=\"wp-image-18088\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-blue-color has-text-color\" id=\"h-weerbaarheidstraining\">Weerbaarheidstraining<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Educatius is ontworpen door adolescentenpsychologen en ervaren deskundigen op het gebied van geestelijke gezondheid en biedt genuanceerde weerbaarheidstrainingen aan, niet alleen aan studenten, maar ook aan hun ouders, partners en gastgezinnen. Om het succes van de studenten te ondersteunen, is het essentieel dat hun gastgezinnen en natuurlijke ouders op de hoogte zijn van het project en het cruciale belang van hun rol begrijpen. Ouders moeten begrijpen wat hun rol als volwassene is in het begrijpen van hun scholieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze training voegt extra, veelzijdige lagen van ondersteuning toe. Deelnemers leren over het omgaan met veel voorkomende, vervelende ervaringen zoals heimwee en cultuurschok.
